Our approach is to have our Business Development Managers and Technical Professionals get involved with your team on a day-to-day basis to help manage projects, train and guide technical staff, and augment individual positions or provide a full team. Steve was born in Detroit, MI and has Bachelors of Science in Management Information Systems (MIS) from the University of Detroit Mercy. Steve started in the staffing industry in 1994 with a large staffing provider where he was in the top 5% of sales managers nationwide. In 1999 he was hired on to help start a web development company called Net Planet serving as the Director of Sales and played a key component to the growth of the organization. After the sale of Net Planet , Steve went on to become the Managing Partner for Platinum Professional Services, LLC(PPS) a staffing and consulting company for 7 years. Steve participates in fundraisers for local charities, coaches girls softball and enjoys the great outdoors.
National Account Manager
Mike attended Oberlin College where he studied History and Sociology and was a Captain on both the Men’s Football and Basketball teams. He comes to Synergies Plus with 5 years of information technology staffing/consulting experience. Mike has excellent knowledge of the IT Staffing industry and has worked with clients in a number of different verticals both in Michigan and across the country. Mike resides in Davison, MI with his fiancée Tiffany and her two son’s Tyler and Jaxson. Over the past 8 years Mike has coached high school and middle school basketball as well as youth football and now coaches Tyler and Jaxson.
Vice President of Business Development - East Coast
Ray is a lifelong New York resident with over 25 years of leading IT staffing organizations. With a strong specialty in Fin Tech, Insurance and Crypto, Ray will lead Synergies Plus’s push into the East Coast. Ray will be responsible for building the New York, New York office and will oversee all aspects of that location with a strong focus on sales development and client relationships.
Talent Acquisition Director
Doug is a life-long Metro-Detroit resident with a Bachelors in Finance from Walsh College. He is one of the original employees of Synergies Plus and is a leader inside the company. With owning his own companies in the past he brings a wealth of knowledge inside and outside of the talent acquisition vertical. Doug leads our internal talent process and manages our larger clients along with all of our company partnerships. He now resides in Clarkston with his wife and three children.

Steve has been in the IT Recruiting field for the past 17 years with a Bachelors in Human Resources and an Associates in Business Management from Oakland University. He has worked with some of the largest organizations in the Detroit area - BCBSM, BCN, Comerica and Little Caesars Corp to name a few. Steve resides in Lake Orion with his wife and two children.
Kathy has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan. Kathy was a high school teacher in the Flint Kersley School district for 12 years with her specialties in English and Math. She is responsible for payroll, accounts payable and receivable for Synergies Plus, LLC and other related entities. Kathy is married with 3 children and resides in Berkley, Michigan.
Cameron has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from Lawrence Technological University in Southfield, Michigan. Beginning in 1987, he co-owned and operated a successful dental laboratory, along with his brother, for over 22 years. Cameron was responsible for day-to-day operations, human resources, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, building and grounds maintenance, ordering and maintaining inventory, as well as, dentist-client contact, relations and maintenance. Cameron began his career with Synergies Plus Resources in December of 2010 in the role of Controller and continues to perform many of those same duties within Synergies. Cameron is married with four grown children, three grandchildren and resides in Rochester Hills, Michigan.
Jason is a Marine veteran with over 15 years of experience in the technology industry. He served in the Marine Corps for 6 years, where he was a F/A-18 mechanic and Embassy Guard. After leaving the military, he worked as a system administrator for a non-profit and an Operations Manager for a start-up. Jason provides an excellent understanding of IT Methodologies, technology and business process. He recently relocated to Texas from Colorado. His son Zane, will be attending College in the Fall.
