SPR’s leadership team has over 20 years of Information Technology Sales, Implementation and Business Management experience. We understand what drives institutions from the mid management level up to the executive level.
Steve was born in Detroit, MI and has Bachelors of Science in Management Information Systems (MIS) from the University of Detroit Mercy. Steve started in the staffing industry in 1994 with a large staffing provider where he was in the top 5% of sales managers nationwide. In 1999 he was hired on to help start a web development company called Net Planet serving as the Director of Sales and played a key component to the growth of the organization. After the sale of Net Planet , Steve went on to become the Managing Partner for Platinum Professional Services, LLC(PPS) a staffing and consulting company for 7 years. Steve participates in fundraisers for local charities, coaches girls softball and enjoys the great outdoors.
Tim is a graduate of Ferris State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, where he also lettered 4 years on the Varsity Hockey Team. With over 20 years in the Technical Staffing business Tim has held several key positions, most notably Vice President of the Automotive Division for Advantage Resourcing, where he led his Automotive team by achieving over a $100 Million in annual sales for several years. He has sold and developed several key accounts such as; Ford Motor Company, Chrysler Fiat, Toyota Motor Sales and Jaguar Land Rover. Tim manages Synergies Engineering division as well as being directly responsible for large key accounts. Tim and his wife have a daughter who is a Junior at Michigan State, and son a senior at Brother Rice High School.
Sean has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Hope College, Sean started in the staffing industry in 1994 with a large staffing organization. There he was sales leader, placing in the top 5% of sales in multiple states and markets for 9 continuous years. In 2003 Sean started his own staffing firm that exceeded $5 million in revenue annually by the year 2011. In 2012 Sean joined Synergies Plus, LLC as the Director of Sales for West Michigan where he is responsible for key relationships for large clients and the overall growth of the region. Sean truly enjoys working with clients and building business relationships that will last. Some of Sean’s hobbies are drawing, painting, fishing and athletics.
Stefan Hansson is a graduate of Northwood University with Degrees in Management and International Business. Although born and raised in Sweden, Stefan moved to the US permanently in his 20’s. Stefan joins Synergies Plus after a 20 year career providing Staffing & Outsourced Services to organizations ranging from large international organizations to small and mid-size clients locally. Over his 20 year career Stefan has experience servicing clients in IT, Telecom, Engineering, Accounting & Finance. Stefan lives with his teenage son and daughter and enjoys playing golf, sailing as well as coaching youth sports in his local community.
Doug is a life-long Metro-Detroit resident with a Bachelors in Finance from Walsh College. He is one of the original employees of Synergies Plus and is a leader inside the company. With owning his own companies in the past he brings a wealth of knowledge inside and outside of the talent acquisition vertical. Doug leads our internal talent process and manages our larger clients along with all of our company partnerships. He now resides in Clarkston with his wife and three children.
Steve has been in the IT Recruiting field for the past 17 years with a Bachelors in Human Resources and an Associates in Business Management from Oakland University. He has worked with some of the largest organizations in the Detroit area - BCBSM, BCN, Comerica and Little Caesars Corp to name a few. Steve resides in Lake Orion with his wife and two children
Jeff has a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from Eastern Michigan University. Jeff’s 25 year career has been spent in Project and Production Management, Sales, Client Relationship Building, and Sales and Marketing Consultancy. Jeff has served both the Automotive and IT Industries and has been considered a trusted partner, thought leader, and revenue driver. Jeff has won multiple sales awards and been recognized as a product innovation.
Cameron has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from Lawrence Technological University in Southfield, Michigan. Beginning in 1987, he co-owned and operated a successful dental laboratory, along with his brother, for over 22 years. Cameron was responsible for day-to-day operations, human resources, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, building and grounds maintenance, ordering and maintaining inventory, as well as, dentist-client contact, relations and maintenance. Cameron began his career with Synergies Plus Resources in December of 2010 in the role of Controller and continues to perform many of those same duties within Synergies. Cameron is married with four grown children, three grandchildren and resides in Rochester Hills, Michigan.
